Originally, this Client requested a simple update of the kitchen countertop, however, once they realized the potential of this small beach bungalow, we expanded the scope to include a master bedroom second floor addition with a french door walk-out to a deck and fireplace, a completely new more organized kitchen, accordion doors to a tiled patio, an see through fireplace and a more practical front door location. 

 

No home renovation would be complete without a full landscape, which we also added.
