Design & Build

Aliso Viejo, CA

The clients had just finished an addition and a kitchen remodel and were ready to bring the spa to their primary bathroom.  The space was visually organized by reorienting the vanity, opening up the space so the bathtub could be rotated and the shower enlarged.

The homeowners were convinced they didn't have enough storage! We reoriented the bathroom, walk-in closet, and created case goods throughout that were designed especially for their needs.  The additional lighted, electrified medicine cabinets topped off the thoughtful storage.  This thought process also spread into the laundry and the hall bathroom.

Finding space where there doesn't seem to be any and utilizing it efficiently, is our hallmark.  Even under the vanity - like below.

Or on the walls, like these decorative birds that double as hooks to dry clothes.
