This client had extensive damage to their pool, requiring a replacement.  In addition, they wanted to incorporate what we can only describe as an "Outdoor Home".  This entertaining space includes a Living Room, Dining Room, Outdoor Kitchen with a full sized pizza oven, 36" BBQ smoker and Large Fireplace.  The areas around this large structure include a Full Sized Bocce Court, Movie Theater in the Grotto and 2 Firepits and a 5' long Fireplace under the structure!  State of the art LED lights wash the stone wall at the back of the structure and drop down shade protect the family from the hot afternoon sun.

 

Nothing of this size has been built in Mission Viejo which required us to work closely with the city.
